Adding Products To Your Shopping Cart
When looking at any specific product on www.BUYPBL.com simply click on the “Add to Cart” icon and your item will automatically be saved into your very own cart. The item will remain in your cart either until removed or purchased.
Removing Products From Your Shopping Cart
When attempting to remove an item from your BuyPBL cart simply set the quantity of the undesired item to 0 and save your cart. The item will no longer appear in your cart as a desired item.

Everything About Sales Tax
BuyPBL.com automatically charges and withhold all applicable taxes in respect with the billing information received. Each customer is responsible for all taxes and/or duty fees that his or her package might incur.
All BuyPBL shipping rates are provided by Canada post/USPS and are calculated individually by item weight and by shipping info, such as desired speed of delivery, insurance if requested, etc.
The BuyPBL website will take and respect any orders place within North America (Canada and United States). For any other order inquiries please contact one of our sales representatives via telephone during our business hours (Eastern time).
We at BuyPBL warranty all our products for parts and labor 30 days following the initial purchase date, any further warranty issues will dealt with according to the manufacturer’s specifications.
Requesting A Warranty Repairs
When requesting a warrantied repair from BuyPBL, you must first contact a BuyPBL sales representative in order to get a Return Authorization Number. Please include in the shipment a detail description of the problem with your R/A number, one of your Certified BuyPBL technicians will contact you upon receipt of your item. Packages returned without an RA# will not be opened and will be returned to sender.

To Edit your account simply login to your administration page and edit the desired information.
Retreiving Your Account Username
You must contact us to retreive your username (the username correspond to your registered email account).

If you have lost your password, click on the retrieve password option at the Account login page, BuyPBL will email you’re the requested info to your registered email account.
Consulting Your Past Order(S)
You can now view past orders with the aid of the new BuyPBL administration page by simply clicking on cart option.
Managing Your Wishlist
The PBL wish list is designed to allow you, the user, to personalized and simplify your shopping experience. You can select your desired product and keep them in your wish list for future purchases or just to keep track of what you need. You can also use the wish list to benefit from the price fluctuations and/or specials.
Tracking Your Order
With our new BuyPBL site, you can now access accurate and up to date tracking information for each and ever package being sent to you. All you have to do is log into your account and click on the tracking option.
About Backorder Product
If you have ordered a backordered product, a qualified BuyPBL sales representative will contact you with any information regarding the estimated restocking date. Items on our site are updated every 48 hours, it is possible to have order an item that is indicated as low stock and have it be backordered.
Product Missing From Your Shipment
If a product is missing from your shipment, please contact a BuyPBL sales representative. The item(s) in question might have been backordered. We will do our best to get you your product as soon as it becomes available to us.
Product Missing Parts
If your product is missing any parts or has a broken or damaged parts, contact a BuyPBL sales representative and we’ll rectify the situation in a timely fashion.
What Can I Return
You may return most items purchased in one of our retail stores or online (www.BUYPBL.com) within 30 days of the original invoiced purchase date. We reserve the right to refuse certain items such as; paintballs and/or any customized item of any kind, clothing that has been worn, and goods that have been damaged by the user.
Returning Unused And/Or Unopened Items
Unused and unopened item purchased online from www.BUYPBL.com will be credited depending on chosen payment method. If paid by Credit card BUYPBL will refund the credit card used for the purchase for the amount of the invoice less the shipping costs incurred and a up to 20% restocking fee; as for COD payment, PBL will issue a store credit for the amount of the invoice less the shipping cost incurred and up to 20% restocking fee. Original, undamaged makers packaging is required for any return.
For Unused and unopened items purchased from one of PBL retail locations within 7 days of the original invoiced purchase date a full store credit will be issued, for a return within 7 to 30 days of original invoiced purchase date less a 20% restocking fee. Store credits will be issued in the form of a gift certificate to the returnees name, proof of identification will be required. Original, undamaged makers packaging is required for any return.
Returning Open And/Or Used Items
PBL will not accept any items that have been previously used, washed or that show signs of wear and tear. If the items packaging has been open but not used please refer to the above section.
Returning Paintball Markers
Paintball markers purchased either online or in our retail locations must be verified by our in house technician before any refund or store credit can be issued. If any repairs, or attempts to repair of any kind, have been done by some one other than a certified PBL technician, all refund or store credit will be denied.
