For all returns you must first have a return authorization number. To get this number you must call or email our store explaining your situation. Call 1-888-595-5993 for returns in Canada or 1-877-290-6647 for returns in the United States. When contacting via email please include in which country the return is being sent.
You must also print out our return for repairs form and fill it out. Also mark down your return number that was provided to you on this form. Please include it with the product that is being returned.
